Scalextric 4 Schools Finals – 23rd June 2025
We’re proud to once again be sponsoring and judging the Boxford Best Engineered Car award at this year’s Scalextric 4 Schools Finals, held at the Triumph Visitor Experience, Hinckley. Open to all competing teams, the award celebrates innovation in design and manufacturing.
Previous winners have impressed with 4WD experimentation, creative 3D printing applications, and custom chassis design. Join us from 9:30 AM to 3:30 PM to see what future engineers are creating today!
National Festival of Making – 5th July 2025
Join us at Blackburn College for this free, family-friendly celebration of creativity and craftsmanship. With a mix of art, industry, and hands-on experiences, the National Festival of Making brings together communities and creators in a unique, interactive environment where we will be showing off our BGL350 50W non-metal laser cutting & engraving machine. Don’t miss it!
The Big D&T Meet – 11th July 2025
We’re also heading to Baysgarth School in Barton-upon-Humber for The Big D&T Meet, an essential event for Design & Technology educators across the UK. Let’s explore how we can support the next generation of designers and makers. Come and see our BGL350 & 160TCLi machines in action!
