Compatible materials
Compatible materials for our laser marking and engraving machines include stainless steel, aluminium, anodised aluminium, brass, copper, mild steel, tool steel, titanium, and more.
The machine’s optional rotary device has the capability to engrave both flat and cylindrical items. This versatility is great for printing text or vector images onto precision-engineered components or promotional items like pens or steel drinking flasks.
Safety comes first
Safety is extremely important in laser marking and engraving. Boxford’s Fibre Marking Lasers prioritise safety with fully enclosed designs that meet Class 1 laser safety standards. Equipped with CE-marked fail-safe guard switches on the machine door, it prevents the machine working when the door is open. When you decide to fit the machine with the optional extra, a compact filtered fume extraction system, this removes harmful fumes and debris from the work area.
Efficiency
The Boxford Fibre Marking Laser includes a foot switch and a motorised ‘Z’ axis for focusing the laser’s head. The galvanometer laser head enables rapid marking and engraving, adding logos or numbers in seconds. This ensures maximum productivity and consistency across different batch sizes, whether large or small.
Competitive pricing
There are three power options available to suit you: the 20W machine (starting from £5,445), the 30W machine (starting from £6,095) and the 50W machine (starting from £8,195).
The 20W machine is equipped with a standard 160mm focal length lens, providing a 110mm x 110mm marking area. Meanwhile, the 30W and 50W machines offer an optional additional 228mm focal lens, extending the marking area to 200mm x 200mm.
Each Boxford Fibre Marking Laser includes Windows software and drivers, a 12-month warranty and comprehensive UK-based training and support.
