Our quality policy statement

It is the company’s decision to establish and maintain an effective Quality Management System (QMS) that fully meets and addresses the requirements of the ISO9001:2015 Quality Standard. This system regularly evaluates the processes involved in the successful running and development of all aspects of our business and ensures consistency in meeting customer requirements for both manufactured products and service support.

Customer focus and quality objectives have been established and included within the QMS to ensure that the service provision to our clients is comprehensively and continuously met.

It is the responsibility of the management team to ensure that this quality policy and business practice is understood, implemented and maintained by all employees in line with their level of responsibility and that all applicable requirements of the standard are met.

The application of ISO9001:2015 principles support our goal of continuous improvement in the quality of our services to customers by providing a suitable framework to establish and review our performance. The information generated through our system will be discussed and evaluated through a Management Review process to ensure the company’s abilities, expertise and customer satisfaction levels are continuously targeted to improve.
